Entry no. 3 visit. Jordan performed the maintenance water heater drain valve replacement quickly. Dunn’ response was quick and Jordan was avaible to make the valve change out to n same day.
Entry no. 2 site visit. Jordan was personal and knowledgeable. Completed the job quickly. Replaced 5 water valves. Replaced 3 indoor valves with ball valves. Replaced 2 outside facets. Performed annual plumbing maintenance. He cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind and spotless.
Nick was amazing. He came out and performed my leak detection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I didnt not like that the company wanted to charge $380 to replace the $11 fill line in my toilet. That's a $300 uncharted and quite ridiculous. A job that would take less than 10 minutes to complete. A charge that would have been on top of the $49 leak detection with a totals cost of service being $429 which is completely absurd.

Now today we met Johnny, and we now love him! We’ve spoken o all the girls in the office and everyone we have encountered has been exceptional! Johnny gave me several things to think about going forward and helped sign us up for the Home Warranty service.
