Premier Carpet Care did an excellent job cleaning very dirty carpet! The carpets were old with numerous stains. They looked great after. Also, they did NOT charge me an arm and a leg like Stanley Cleaners did in the past. It was very reasonable. I could not have been happier!

Premier Carpet Care in Ozark, Al is a first rate company. After trying unsuccessfully to get a call back from another company, I called Premier Carpet Care. I was greeted and had my questions answered quickly and with knowledge of the services I needed. I had an appointment set up for two days later. Nathan, the carpet technician, called and gave me a time he would arrive to do the job. He arrived on time and ready to go to work. He explained the charges and scope of work involved. From the first phone call to the final finished cleaning, Premier Carpet Care was on top of the situation. Phone calls were answered quickly and call back times were short. They scheduled an appointment for two days after the first call. Nathan, the carpet cleaning technician, called and let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and ready to go. He explained the process and got right to work. He called when he was finished and, when we went back, the results were AMAZING. Carpets were clean and smelled wonderful.
