I recently had an appointment with Kyndall in the shop and I’ve never been more impressed! She is so sweet and relatable! I drove two hours for her services and it was well over worth it for my results. The shop was so cute and CLEAN! I’ll definitely be back to see her.

It's the only place I trust to get my hair cut. Everyone is nice, welcoming, and professional. They do a great job of keeping the place clean as well.

My husband arrived 30 minutes before opening since he was doing a walk in. When they opened he sat inside 20 minutes before anyone even seen him just for them to say that it was appointment only. And at the point he was only seen because he knocked on the barber door. No one had intentions on coming to the front. However they have walk ins available on their page and at the location, but only accept appointments.

My husband was running late and they charged him 40$ for his cut even though the barber has his phone number personally. I understand “wasting” time because this is their money, but he was barley late and even communicated that with his regular barber. You’d think after building a clientele you’d have a little grace for the people who pay your bills by being a regular. Ridiculous. The crazy thing is every single time my husband got his hair and beard done it was ALWAYS messed up in some way but he kept saying “I’m gonna just give him another chance he’s suppose to be really good” but I never seen anything I couldn’t do at home especially for FORTY dollars. 40$ isn’t thing but he paid and didn’t receive the service! It’s a thing when it was wasted! Crazy you guys allow this!
