I couldn't have had a better experience. Bailey came to the house to meet the adjuster, he kept me informed during the entire process, the materials arrived when he told me they would. They started one day and was completely finished the next, and his crew did an amazing job! Our roof looks fantastic. He also was able to match the lowest bid, and offered to work with my insurance company if any hiccups occurred. When they left, I didn't see any signs (other than a new roof) they had been working on the house. The outstanding ratings Top Tier has is well deserved.

The guys did a great job on my house in Alabaster. Got the job completely done in one day & cleaned up after themselves. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Easy to deal with on an insurance claim as well! It was a smooth process from start to finish!
