“I love the fact that when I decide I need a haircut all I have to do is open the Great Clips app on my phone and check in. Then I get in my car and head there. Today when I checked in I was 14th and by the time I arrived I was up to 10th! They were extremely busy. I had a 10 minute wait and I was in the chair getting my hair cut Some of the walk-ins waiting when I walked in were still waiting when I left. The check-in by the app is no secret. When you walk in you are greeted and asked if you checked in on-line. It's such a a time saver!“
