“I would like to note this review is SOLELY based on my service just with making an appt, for now. ?I think it’s EXTREMELY cool and convenient that they allow you to text an appt OR call, but I LOVE the text option the most for someone whose always on the go like me and it’s HARD making/receiving calls.The amazing woman I spoke to was VERY quick to respond even during normal business hours, she was BEYOND sweet and helpful, she answered all of my questions and helped me get all the info I needed for my husband to get him set up for an appointment.This appointment wasn’t even for ME and I was taken care of just the same with the UPMOST respect and kindness.Personally, being kind matters the most to me when choosing a business to use long term. “As a curly haired girl, I get a little uneasy and picky with who cuts my hair. I had Cindy and she was amazing. She was sweet and asked me what I wanted and when I told her I was open to suggestion, she was so helpful. With that, I had my eyebrows done as well, and I’ve only had a few people that I remember ever ask me how I want my eyebrows done. Cindy asked me how I like them. Shocked me! This may seem small, but a stylist that is actually concerned with the client is just gold. Love this salon. Bringing my curly haired best friend here next month.“
