When another condo in our building flooded, numerous condos were damaged. Emerald Coast was there within hours to dry out and mitigate the damages for each unit. Since the condo management association used them to do the demolition, I hired them to do all the repairs. Not only did they offer me a fair estimate, they picked up all the remodeling choices at Lowes. I received daily updates from their office manager. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Emerald Coast is a great company to deal with. We had water damage. They responded quickly on a holiday. They did everything we needed done, including getting our old floor up and installing our new LVP flooring. They did a wonderful job. Dianna was so friendly everytime I got in touch with her. She was super with keeping me informed.

This company is efficient, fair on my pockets, and always, ALWAYS responsive. Whether I’m using them to do mold or water remediations in properties I manager or dealing with my own carpets at my personal home— they are there and they get the job done RIGHT!
