I waited over 2.5 hours in the dark, no call, nothing. Set up by my car insurance- State Farm. When I called, they said he was dispatched, but didn't show. When I called back, there was no answer. I was left stranded. Had to get a different tow company.

Very Rude on the phone, hung up the call Disgraceful service, Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL USING THIS COMPANY, Waited for over 2 hours for service only to be canceled, had to reach out to the insurance. Not sure why they are listed as a towing company if they are not going to provide service. Scamming the insurance companies and people.

I don't care where I break down, this is the company I'll call first! 10/10 ! Chip helped me tremendously! The day I called they were already out of town and unable to tow my car [from Gulf Shores to Pensacola] that day so he actually recommended me to another company whose price was $10 cheaper, (at the time), BUT he offered a storage service which is the ultimate reason I chose East Beach.
Due to personal reasons, I had my car in East Beach storage for a week, there was no complaints or rush from the Wrecker Service to have my car removed at any pace besides my own. Chip worked with me on price as well, (I had just started a new job and budgeting in my car breaking down wasn't at the top of the list, especially being recently serviced), human to human - this guy understands. Highly recommend !!

I would give them a zero if I could. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a tow company. The tow was scheduled through Auto Owners Insurance at 12n, scheduled for 2pm pick up, and didn't arrive for pickup until 3:30pm. East Beach Wrecker called once to say the driver will call you when he's headed your way. The driver NEVER called. If you call the tow dispatch number they pick up and say, "I'll call you back" and then hang up. If you actually get through to check on status, they put you off saying the driver will call you soon with an eta, and the driver NEVER called. I expressed concern about the receiving shop closing at 5pm, and wanting to know where the vehicle was and why the driver never called or no communication whatsoever. Asked why the driver never called like HE told me he would twice, and that this was all so unprofessional because he couldn't even tell me when it might get there. The guy was SOOOO very rude, and then hung up on me as if I were trying to "argue with him". Once they finally left with the vehicle, it took them 1.5 hrs to get it to the final destination, which is normally a 30 minute drive. Thank God the shop where they were delivering it to, were kind enough to stay past 5pm to receive it, or I imagine the tow company may have just left it on the street with the key in it and in a bad neighborhood.... based on how unprofessional and uncommunicative they are. Upon arrival, the driver tells the shop, he got "pulled over by the DOT", for who knows what. Meanwhile, the tow dispatch, nor the driver EVER called us to communicate with us regarding any delays, NOT ONCE. They showed up 30 mins AFTER Auto Owners Roadside assist was told they said they were "3 minutes away". What a nightmare, at an already stressful time. If your insurance company schedules your tow with East Beach Wrecker, tell them to find another.....RUN, don't walk away from this lousy service!

Waited for over 3 hours for service and after a phone call he said another 1.5 hours after the fact it was scheduled through USAA. The gentleman was very rude and unprofessional to say the least during our call. Be aware military members and USAA members.

Left me stranded on the side of I-10 for an hour after dark without reaching out once to tell me they weren’t coming. Didn’t pick up the phone when called. Had to get in touch with another tow company (Auto Medic) that came out immediately

East Beach Wrecker was assigned by my insurance to tow my car. Request was made at 11 AM. They never showed. They told the company they were at my vehicle and were not. At 4 PM I requested to cancel and call a new tow company.
