The unit we were staying at in Gulf Shores Jan.-Feb. 2026 had two big issues of flooding due to the unit above us and the second time the unit next to us. When the snow storm hit our pipes busted, flooding our garage ceiling and walls. We had a hard time getting in touch with Servepro or them actually following up and calling us back. DRI came out in a timely manner and always made sure to give us a heads up of when they would be coming out to work. Jack and his team were very professional and efficient. Having some bad experiences in the past I can say this was the best experience we have had yet with contractors at our house! Highly recommend them and appreciate them taking time away from their families to come to Texas and help people effected!
