After a year of rentals, it was time to get floor tile and grout cleaned. Josh did a great job inside, as well as, the patio. He explained everything and was very polite. He was prompt and call us 30 minutes before he finished. I will be using them again in our other condo.
My daughter and I discovered dog diarrhea on stairs and in the downstairs area - I called advanced immediately and they came right out! Which I didn’t expect ~ did a great job and I was very pleased ~ we had used Advance before but for a general cleaning (and were pleased then) but this time it was a huge mess and so glad with the job they did. We will continue to use Advanced and recommend them
