She was always so patient with me by promptly and thoroughly answering all my pertaining questions I had for her (be it via text, email or phone call, disregarding day or time)! Simultaneously she provided morale support when I was once again a bit frustrated about all the bureaucracy, from filling out forms to the inspections, etc.. She also has the great ability to improvise, interact between the parties involved, as well as find great alternatives by offering a good solution, where it would not just suit the seller's needs, but the buyer's needs as well! So that in the end all parties involved are happy, like it was in our case!It was indeed a pleasure working with her incl. her co-workers and office team.
