I was highly impressed by Dana's professionalism, expertise, good advice and great assistance, she consistently provided during the process of selling my house! She was always so patient with me by promptly and thoroughly answering all my pertaining questions I had for her (be it via text, email or phone call, disregarding day or time)! Simultaneously she provided morale support when I was once again a bit frustrated about all the bureaucracy, from filling out forms to the inspections, etc.. During our recent hunt for a condo in Gulf Shores, we really enjoyed working with Dana Tapia. She is attentive, patient, a good negotiator, and fun to be around. Our tastes were a little specific at a time when there was not much on the market, but she hung in there with us until we found exactly what we wanted. We literally could not have had a better agent!
