Can’t say enough good about the kind people working here. The ladies in the showroom are all extremely polite, professional, friendly and willing to help. Dr. Richardson is a class act and an all around gentleman. I hadn’t had an eye exam in about 3-4 years and he was the most thorough I believe I ever had. He spent a lot of time with me helping me to understand my vision and its needs. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about him sooner! Highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his team.

I feel beyond satisfied with the quality of the service of my eye examination; the employees spoke politely to me, and Dr. Richardson's examination of my eyes was exceptionally thorough.

a Big shoutout to Annie! She saved our vacation by going the extra mile. We needed a prescription for an emergency glasses replacement while out of town. Although, it's not always normal to find a script, she searched until she finally found it. That's old Walmart customer service, I'm not sure it exists many places any longer. Thank you Annie. Because she took the time to look, we had the script, saved $100 and time for an exam and had our new pair within an hour at an express store.
