I was on the list to buy a Generac generator for around 6 months because of Covid. They kept me up to date and even offered further assistance if our power was out for a long period of time, because a family member relies on an oxygen machine. This was well worth the wait and very excited and relieved to know that if my power goes out, this generator will automatically start and power my whole home. They were amazing installing the switch, generator and finalizing it to make sure it works properly. They tested it and it quickly powered my house, including the heat/air unit.
