All staff were wonderful. There were 15 people in front of me but they were timely, efficient but nurse and doctor took time. Exceptional experience. It was Christmas Eve and I thought I would be in there for five hours but I was out in one hour and 45 minutes with that many people in front of me. Truly a Christmas miracle!Pollyanna Brannan

I went in to get an x-ray to see if I had a broken rib. I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other. The nurse who took my vitals was very good to walk over to me and look at me to ask questions. While you would think all businesses would do this for hard of hearing individuals, that is not the case. Very few places will accommodate me and a few have actually belittled me because I could not hear. So thank you to this nurse who took the time to communicate with me.Unfortunately the x-ray machine was not working so still don't know if I have a fractured rib. But, everyone was very friendly and professional.

I wasn’t feeling my best and my primary doctor doesn’t allow same day appointments so I decided to go to stopwatch urgent care they were fast friendly and I appreciate them for my visit today keep up the good work stopwatch employees
