Paul is unlike the others he works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. Let’s be honest you can’t find that kind of work ethic anymore.
He explains everything thoroughly. He put in a new unit and all new duct work for us Also , in the other side of our home he serviced our other unit. He also said if we have any issues to call him and he’ll come back and make it right!
Paul is determined to insure customer satisfaction and that the job is done right. He made a second trip out to my house to address my concerns at no charge. He also advised me that if any issues continue He will get to the reason and fix that issue. His prices are very very reasonable. He personally is friendly talkative and doesn't rush off like money is his sole goal. I actually believe he cares for the people he serves. Excellent qualities in my book. I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the work. They put in my new duct work on the coldest day that this area has seen in many years. It was 5 degrees outside. That was impressive.
