I called for my yearly maintenance to try out this company. They were quick and efficient in taking care of my AC needs. They most definitely have the best rates around for a yearly maintenance plan.
Jackson did a thorough check of my unit inside. Very nice, respectful very honest. I asked him to call about things that I may need in the future and he did. He answered any questions and concerns that I had. He DID NOT try to sell me something I didn’t need. He also told me different options. He did not ignore me like other companies. He also told me things that I could do for the future about my unit. Called (June 30, 2026) Tuesday got an appointment for the first thing this morning (July 1,2026) Wednesday. Jackson is very knowledgeable. Caswell does finance things. I can not say enough about Caswell. Family owned company. Caswell has 100 percent my business.... read full review
