The team was great, the locksmith arrived within 20 mins of making the call to request help in unlocking my van. He was able to unlock it quickly enough that my coffee was still hot in its cup that was also locked in my van. This misadventure only cost me about $66 dollars afterwards. Brandon came out on a rainy day to help my wife and I get a key made to our Volkswagen Jetta. He was very reasonable, very communicative, and came out at the time he said he would! Called today because both of my key fobs stopped working at the same time and that was unusual in my opinion because I don’t use them both. I thought that they somehow disconnected from my vehicle because it hasn’t been being used a lot lately but the guy I spoke to told me to try changing the batteries out and it worked. So thankful for their honesty and not just saying that it could have been more than just that like so many people do just to get money from you when it was a simple fix. Thank you again so much!
