Building our home with America’s Home Place has been a wonderful experience so far. As first-time home builders, we were a little nervous about the process, but Ken, Tre, and Heather have made everything smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand every step of the way. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service have exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the team we’ve chosen to bring our dream home to life.

The team was professional, communicative, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the process. They made everything feel organized and stress-free, always keeping us updated and answering our questions quickly.

Doug Smith was our contractor, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive, easy to communicate with, and willing to go the extra mile for us. We truly appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.

My experience with America's Home Place was wonderful. Going through the process with Ken, Heather, and Trey made things fairly simple. They had answered to all my questions and answered questions I didn’t know I had. Heather helped us make the right color choices which mad things go very smoothly.

Trey was indescribably helpful to me when we were putting a plan together for a site walk.
He is extremely knowledgeable in the GIS system and he was able to talk an old codger like me, through exactly how to make my around these complicated Mapping and Topographical maps of Elmore county.
He literally taught an old dog a new trick!
I am eternally grateful to him and I can't wait to work with him, Ken and Heather on the build.

We had an incredible experience with America’s Home Place! We were first-time home builders and from the very beginning Ken walked us through the whole process, thoroughly answering all questions we had. Heather was very helpful during the design and selection part of the process. We also had an amazing experience working with our project manager, Doug. He was very attentive, organized, and consistently communicated every step of the process, sending us daily emails letting us know what the next step would be. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally by Doug. This was a stress-free experience, and we couldn’t be happier with how beautiful our home turned out to be. I highly recommend Americas Home Place!
