Jackson Heating & Cooling provides great service and has maintained HVAC systems for over a decade. They installed a full unit on a 1965 house that never had central heat and air. The work was done in a timely manner, and they left the house clean, like they were never there, at a very fair price. The new unit works great. The company also did a wonderful job setting up and installing a new side discharge heating and cooling unit, going the extra mile to ensure it was installed in one day. Technicians made an extra trip for parts and worked professionally, even with a smile in the blazing heat. Another service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. When an HVAC system stopped cooling in July, they assessed the issue and returned early the next morning to fix it within 20-30 minutes. The company is highly recommended for their prompt, professional, and fair service.
My HVAC system stopped cooling in the middle of July. I called Chas and he was able to come out that day to look at everything. We he got to my house he assessed this issue and knew he had to get up into my attic space. It was the middle of the day and hot outside and hot inside. So he said that if he went up there at that time anyone would be on the verge of a heatstroke. Which I completely agreed with. He told me that he would have someone at my house early the next morning before the extreme heat. They arrived and within 20-30 minutes they had fixed the issue and were on their way. Did a wonderful job setting up and installing our new side discharge heating and cooling unit. Jonathan, Daniel, and Heath went the extra mile to make sure that our unit was installed in one day even though some different parts were needed that normally they would not need due to the size of our crawl space. They made an extra trip to get the parts and got it installed quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the service! Daniel even works with a smile on his face in the blazing heat. Highly recommend!
