Had a new house built and on move in day our lines were clogged with construction debris and backed up into the house. They found the clog (which was way across the street in the neighbors back yard) and broke it up and got our issue fixed the same day. Also helped clean up the inside mess the water made when it overflowed inside the house. It helped save our new floors from having to be replaced.
H and R were used for the Archers Cove Sub Division. I am a new home owner and my Sump pump emergency warning siren went off on Saturday. I called H and R, also had DR Horton put in a work out to investigate the Sump pump. Not only that they didn't come, but didn't bother to respond with a phone call. Two days went by and I called on Monday, left a message with the receptionist, and still have not received a response... Hoping I never have to contact this company ever again!
