I recommend taking a disinterested party with you when go to deal with these people. I did not, and they slipped an insurance policy in on me. I had four family members with me, and none of us picked up on the "insurance" policy. I was able to cancel the policy, but it still cost me an extra $400.00. I feel like they know you are in a vulnerable position, and so they take advantage of it. Be advised.
We could not have had a more pleasant experience with Sunset during our time of loss. Mr. Jimmy Stewart was such a kind, caring person to work with. He took care of everything and we were so pleased. All of the employees we encountered were all very professional. They were all such a joy to work with at such a sad time for us. Highly recommend their services. The Kilgore Family
