They had never used him before and were highly impressed with how kind and knowledgeable Mr. Sutton is.
My dad usually does his taxes himself but he is older now and needed help.
Mr Sutton went above and beyond to help my mom and dad. They were extremely pleased with his work. He took his time and was very kind and patient with them.
When we got in the car both of my parents teared up because they were so happy with how they were treated and the results.

I managed the Tuscaloosa office for several years but retired to care for my parents. They are top notch, so much so that I refer clients to them often. The reason I chose to work for Douglas Crump is during my interview, he said something that clenched my decision to join the team. He said (paraphrasing) I want every single potential client who walks through our dor to be treated with the utmost respect whether they make $5000/yr or $5M/yr.
