Service could not have been more top notch. We called on a Sunday and within 30 minutes, we had a contractor working on the AC. I can’t say enough nice things about the contractor. His name was Kris. Our AC was short cycling, so he diagnosed the issue immediately and got it fixed. He also went back and double checked everything to make sure it was the only thing causing the issue. Since it was technically a call-back, he didn’t charge us a dime. Thank you, Kris and Jolly!
We have had a service contract with them for a long time, and I would highly recommend it. They have always gotten out to us quick, and in the 1,000,000° Alabama heat, that is much appreciated. They handle us quick and they know what they are doing. Did I mention they are fast? These guys are the real deal for you, if not melting is high on your priority list.
Adam came out super quick after 7pm when our AC stopped. Got us back going, explained everything, answered every dumb question I had. I'll call Jolly for everything moving forward.
