While I have had a overall good experience getting my hair cut lately they seem to not listen to me and they cut my undercut way too short and leaving the rest not blended at this point I am just gonna go elsewhere

I have gone to this location twice. One time, I got a wonderful woman who had great suggestions and I left very happy with my haircut. The next time, I came and and my previous person wasn't there and I got someone else. When the sides were too long, I asked if we could try trimming them down and I got the response of "I'd have to charge for another haircut". She didn't even ask how long I wanted on top, just started going, and I assumed it was on the notes. It wasn't, and she absolutely scalped me and I didn't know until she was done. Heidi gave me a great cut and style. She is the first hair stylist I have found in a long time that does my hair like I want it. I will go back for her to do my hair. Highly recommended.
