Bought a computer and can not believe how much faster this one runs than my old computer. All the techs are knowledgeable and so nice. Also very reasonably priced services. Best computer company in town!

Normally I wouldn't write a positive review after not receiving the service, but I will this time. Alatech did diagnose my problem and told me what was needed to fix it. They quoted me a very reasonable rate and said they would just need the part (AC Port) to get the repair completed. They estimated they would have me ready in 3 days. Unfortunately, and I"m guessing it's because of all the supply chain issues we've had lately, they were unable to get the part in 2 weeks. Another place had the part in stock, so I had to go with them, but I would use these guys again once things got back to normal.
