We had a huge oak tree leaning precariously toward our home. It looked like it might even be leaning against another big oak and being held up by it. There was also an iron fence next to it that was in danger if they made a misstep. One of his workers commented to me that it was one of the most difficult, complicated jobs they had in months. They had to bring in the bucket and one of them climbed into the top of the tree and worked in tandem with the guy in the bucket. They carefully took it down limb by limb...flawlessly, wrapping rope around each limb they cut and lowering it to the ground after it was cut. If you have a complicated, difficult job I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Although I have not actually done business here yet-- I am grateful to the good folks here. They found my mom's dog hit (deceased) on Hwy 69N in front of their building. They contacted my mom (Paulette Malone Evans) after seeing a Lost Dog flier about Gertie. They even buried Gertie, and went above and beyond to get her collar to my mom for i.d. verification. They were so kind and caring. I will definitely call them and do business here when I need concrete work!
Yesterday my son, who is a 20 year who has autism needed to go have his ear checked. We got there around 640 pm. They were so kind and loving to him. He is not big on strangers and has a hard time communicating. They took their time and handled him with the utmost care. He was checked and he did indeed have an ear infection. We left there around 7:10 prescriptions in hand and a young man who was smiling because he knew he was going to get to feeling better very soon! Thank you so much Med Center North!

I usually don't leave reviews but this calls for one. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with ANY company!!! The girl in the office was also beyond kind and helpful!! The tech that came out was so knowledgeable and QUICKLY found the issue (leaking Freon) he had it repaired and icy cold inside my house in seriously NO time. I will be using them for the rest of my life and recommending them to anyone I know!!

Hair type: My hair had gotten too long and out of shape. Stylist did a great job cutting my hair according to a picture, and the process did not take too much of my time.

While a shave and a haircut ain't 2 bits anymore, they did great. The haircut was perfect, so I decided to go ahead and let them trim my beard and shave my neck. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. I generally don't let someone touch my beard and I certainly don't expose my neck to a stranger with a straight razor, but excellence deserves the risk. Like a typical guy, I didn't get my barber's name, but she had the first chair by the door. Outstanding!
Love this place! Took my son in for a haircut and was so pleased I had Candice shape up my goatee and give me a straight razor shave. The heated shaving crème and post shave hot towel were heavenly. Great atmosphere and all the employees are so pleasant. Go see Candice if you want the best shave of your life.

Becky (an owner) is very, very talented. She is both competent and knowledgeable. She has been helping me remedy a problem with one of my nails. My nails always look awesome when I leave the salon. The salon charges a different rate if you use a credit card so I try to have cash. However, I thought I had enough for a tip but the price charged was higher than I expected. Is it customary to tip an owner of a salon?

The dollhouse is a very unique and personalized experience. The owner Krystal is very friendly and helpful. She has been in this business for over 20 years and has been featured in Tuscaloosa magazine. She did beautiful nails and offers nail art. She also offers makeup and spray tanning services and does body and face waxing.
Janet salon is amazing you can tell them how you want you hair and they do it just like you want it their also very sweet and I for one will no longer go anywhere else to get my hair done except at Janet hair salon

There is no way that I can say enough about Tidmore Vet in this small space. They have been our vet for over 15 years and the service and compassion has been nothing short of excellent. Dr White and Dr Schepers have saved our Gypsy who we thought was near death and needed to be euthanized. Dr White started acupuncture treatments and she emerged as a new dog. She is now a vibrant and active pet. Dr Schepers cared for our Lucy for 13 years and has always cared for our cats. Today we brought home our boy Foster who three weeks ago became paralyzed in his back and legs. He is now getting up on his on and starting to walk. Dr White, Dr Schepers, and the “entire staff” at Tidmore are special and their love of animals is evident.
