Went here Saturday just for a gel polish soak off and was told to “Go somewhere else because they are busy” with only 4 customers in the whole salon ! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Not to bash them to much I will reach out when I have time as I work nights but this is a week and 2 days of nails the first nail broke off after 3 days an the 2nd one broke my nail in half so now I can’t even re do them for a few weeks. Not sturdy nail polish was chipping off. Not satisfied at all I thought I had found my nail place due to hours 😢
there’s no reason for my nails to be literally falling off within a week of being done. she done them in like 30 mins & it’s like there wasn’t enough glue or something idk but that’s $65 down the drain for nails that lasted a week. simple tasks as grabbing a towel shouldn’t make it pop off so easily.
