I have been with Fraley & Schilling for going on 90 days and have had a fantastic experience. The company truly values its employees and fosters a supportive work environment. The management team is approachable and encourages open communication, making it easy to share feedback and suggestions.

So far F&S has been a wonderful company. They truly treat you like a professional driver. Seems like all the negative reviews are from people that are not responsible enough to work for a good trucking company. The only negative I have is that I wish they held drivers accountable for not taking care of company property. Also, I wish they were able to get me home every weekend being that I park my truck at a terminal. All in all a great company.

Great place to call home. Every trucking company has its good and bad but here they strive to improve anything that's not going right. The Schillings and operations team do everything to make you comfortable and happy with your career there. I've been here coming up in oct 7 years. I can honestly say I've been here longer then any other company I've been with and I believe that speaks alot for its self.
