“Our technician was Jason and I was incredibly happy with the service we received. He came before they were scheduled as they had an opening. He brought another technician with him but cannot remember his name (sorry). They were great at communication, made great suggestions and explained everything. They were kind, thoughtful and fast. “Good news, bad news situation. It's my day off and as I was enjoying a cup of coffee in the kitchen I heard some water noise from the laundry room. I went to check it out and found it was in the hot water heater closet. Water everywhere. I call Ted's Plumbing and they were out within an hour. I could not recommend Ted's enough. The most professional, and competent guys you could use. In this day and age it's almost a treat to meet real blue collar workers that know their trade, these folks are that.
