“I wanted the sleeves to a blouse shortened. The buttons(3 each sleeve) were removed.The sleeves were turned up, twice, the folding was tacked in place. The buttons were sewnon the fold of the cuff. I was not measured by a person who knows how to alter garments(red flag). Spoke with owner, ask me to bring the blouse back, so he or an employee can seethe blouse and decide what to do. The company needs to hire a seamstress who knows how to do alterations. The button holes were covered by the buttons, can’t button cuffs.“

The lady working was very nice and promised she would have them ready which she did and she and it was during Christmas break. A joy to see a smiling face and kind words! I highly recommend this dry cleaner for great customer service and the prices were not that high especially since I needed a quick turnaround .“
