They go above and beyond! Big shout out to Complete Cleaners in Trussville, Logan Risner the manager and Emily. This Saturday my son was getting married and we needed his suit from the Carrington branch of Complete Cleaners. Come to find out it is closed on Saturday. I called the other branch, Emily answered (even though they were closed as well) and I explained my situation. She didn’t hesitate - she and the manager came straight to the store, opened the doors and got the suit!!! So thankful for their willingness to help out this fretful momma.

We aren’t from around the area and needed to get my husbands jeans starched for a wedding. We dropped them off in the morning and they had them done the same day! Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Want to give a very very professional thank you to the manager at this establishment. My husband had a shirt and pair jeans put into this location. When he picked up his clothes the jeans were clean only and per his instructions jeans only needed to get a hard starch and crease. The jeans were redid and again wasn't done. My husband took them back and request for the manager. He picked them up and is very very happy. I am happy and love this cleaners. People make mistakes but when you go over and beyond to please customers that is truly a blessing. Thank you all!
