You can NEVER get this place to answer the phone or the phone doesn't work to make an appointment

The only problem I have is I have been trying to call and schedule a appointment for my 13 year old Yorkie no answer when you call can't leave messages most the time because it's full and if I do leave a message I still don't get her phone call back would like for Brandy to get in touch with me because she has been doing my two Yorkies for a long time one passed away and I still have one I would love for her to come and groom my Yorkie
