I decided to leave my dress there to be dry cleaned. I wish i hadn’t. when i walked in , i didn’t not think anyone was working, i wasn’t greeted. The lady i saw sitting there( i thought was a customer) pointed her finger told me to hang my dress, pointed her finger and told me to write name and number on paper. i did not see any paper, found post its. while writing my name she tells me to take dress off hanger and put my name with it on counter. i was so confused i lost it. Horrible!!!!
I took 2 nice button down Polo shirts in to be cleaned and they lost both of them. I have called and called she keeps telling me that the owner is going to call but of course he never has. I have gone by and he is never there. If you have anything you value I definitely would not take it here.

Do not take your items to this cleaners. If you have nice dressy items expensive. They ruined a navy blue suit back in April and I continue to take other items there. They relocated to another building and I had a dress in two of my shirts when I went to pick them up she indicated that there was nothing there for me. I Had two dresses that I was going to drop off so I left them. I called her on Monday. She indicated she had looked everywhere. It did not see my other items.
