I really enjoyed my first class with Kiana. She loves what she’s does and it’s shows in the care and attention she gives in class. My core hasn’t felt this engaged in… I can’t remember. I love it!

Staff was very warm and welcoming! Class instructor was attentive, offered support and modifications as needed but pushed us and was great!
I signed up for the free intro and have been hooked ever since. I run and go to the gym too but love my Pilates class as it gives me a moment of peace while still working out. Jess and Krista are brilliant and the music is always good. I’m new to Pilates and don’t always know the moves or the lingo, but the ladies are really friendly so I’m never afraid to ask. There are different variations of the exercises and you are always encouraged to go at your own pace.
My husband told me that Pilates isn’t really a workout out 🙄……. He’s so wrong!
