Yoga in Montgomery

“I signed up for the free intro and have been hooked ever since. I run and go to the gym too but love my Pilates class as it gives me a moment of peace while still working out. Jess and Krista are brilliant and the music is always good. I’m new to Pilates and don’t always know the moves or the lingo, but the ladies are really friendly so I’m never afraid to ask. There are different variations of the exercises and you are always encouraged to go at your own pace. My husband told me that Pilates isn’t really a workout out ?……. He’s so wrong!“

“That was my favourite yoga class. The studio was beautiful and the teacher was excellent. The class was thoroughly enjoyable and there was a lovely dog who came up to me at the end and put her paw on me right at the “namaste” bit and she was so cute. It really chilled me out. Hope to return if my schedule will allow it. Wish I would have asked if I could take a picture inside that studio so you could see how pretty it is.“

“Bandaloop is an amazing space in Montgomery, specializing in yoga and unique boutique fitness experiences. There are creative classes there - most recently they added a barrelates which is a blend of ballet movements and pilates. She also has a burn and sculpt class for those wanting to use weights and burn some calories. As far as I know, this is the only studio offering prenatal yoga. Come check out a class! She has a package for all budgets, not to mention walk-in pricing. Incredible group of diverse instructors.“
