Outstanding customer service! David quickly responded to my website inquiry and had a date to come out that fit my schedule the next week. David was professional, punctual and friendly. I am very happy with the upholstery cleaning on my large sectional due to a couple of years of normal use. It looks and smells so clean. I would recommend his services to all my family and friends

Mr. Welch was awesome! He was prompt and courteous and educated me on the best way to care for my floors (which I can never seem to keep clean no matter what I do). Now I finally feel like I can keep on top of this task. Thank you Mr. Welch!

5 stars for service and results… pricing “iffy” .. entered all I was seeking, nothing left out, on company website and received a good faith estimate of $150. Technician arrived and informed what he would be doing but never discussed pricing nor did I ask as had a general idea of cost from my estimate which disclosed all pet related issues. I was charged $375 upon completion, a far cry from the good faith estimate based on my good faith estimate of required services. Again service and results superb but pricing seemed deceptive and shame on me for not nailing down before service commenced
