Robert contacted us to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and installed our new Ecobee thermostats. He gave us great information about the unit and told us about the features. I highly recommend them!
I appreciate tech WD coming to my home yesterday to assess what the issue with the air conditioning unit was that prevented cooling. Turned out that there was too much freon causing the unit not to cool. Once WD adjusted the freon level, the unit worked. Thanks United, and if l have any other issues regarding AC & Heating, l will call again.
