Excellent, competent service at the Montgomery AL store on a very busy Monday morning. The AWS service was down, many people were coming in. The 2 young men acknowledged each person who came and did what they could without internet. Solved my problem with viruses. Highly recommend.

Jaidon is amazing. He got my data transferred to new phone while also taking care of other customers. He is the best multi-tasker I've ever seen. Kudos to you, Jaidon. If I were still working, I'd want you on my team.

They worked hard to fix/find a solution for a PS1 my daughter had purchased. Unfortunately, the problem was too expensive to fix (which was no surprise). Overall, very helpful and friendly.
