I have no complaints about the serviceman who assisted me. He did what the other store did not do. Which is actually look for the product, verify and gave me a timeline from start to finish. I will return in the future if I have an issue.
Excellent, competent service at the Montgomery AL store on a very busy Monday morning. The AWS service was down, many people were coming in. The 2 young men acknowledged each person who came and did what they could without internet. Solved my problem with viruses. Highly recommend.
