Initially, I was confused about the pre-appointment instructions that I was supposed to follow as a new client. Thankfully, my hair was in a good state to be serviced. The appointment was full of healthy conversation, hair care tips, and good service. Nicole is clearly very knowledgeable about best hair care practices and was intentional about sharing many of her suggestions with me.I’ve wanted to book for a long time.
