We needed to have our patio doors replaced after 20 some years and ended up going to Southern Sash of Montgomery, the company ironically which made the original doors. The cost was reasonable. The workers showed up around 9:15 am and were done by 2:30 pm. The doors look great. The workers who installed were very professional and very nice. Thanks, Southern Sash!!!!

Unbelievable how bad this company has turned out to be. All together we have built four homes and an office. This adds up to a significant amount of money in Windows and doors with this company, this very last house we have built they could not get anything right , I paid and it still wasn’t fixed the man that came today as a matter of fact, fixed everything, and he did not charge me anything!!! This company is not going to take care of you and on top of that, he will fuss with you when you call him to ask him to come out and fix something that they have totally screwed up. It’s absolutely unbelievable. Plus Southern Sash ordered my front doors backwards and told me it would cost me to make it right. Monumental disappointment!!! By the way I never do reviews unless they are positive but I cannot let this go.

No communication!!!! First door was wrong size, and 2 week's late. I get it, stuff happens, but no communication from them. They reordered door, and told me a day, and said to schedule install for next day. Door was never delivered, and when I finally got ahold of them all they had to say was it didnt come in.... no call, no nothing even after I called them twice, and no call back... at this point I highly recommend finding someone else to help you with your project.

Kudos! I just had a cracked window pane replaced by this Company. From the time I contacted them to the completion of the work, I can report how impressed I was with the professional, friendly and courteous experience. Chris & his partner completed the work with perfection, made sure to cover the carpet before beginning and made sure the work area was clean upon completion. I have called several times now asking for a consultation appointment to replace windows in my home. The initial call was with Will who then gave me Ashley Curry’s contact info (Bham agent). I’ve called Ashley several times including leaving voicemails with no call back. I’ve also called the main number and chatted with Will again with no action taken, only excuses or we’ll get back with you. If you’re looking for a company that truly wants your business and actually calls you back, you’ll want to go elsewhere.
