Staff was very nice. The gentleman who did my MRI was very nice and considerate of my stress regarding the machine. The young lady who helped was accommodating of my comfort. Overall a very good experience, you don't get that everywhere. Thank you all great job.

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. When I went in there, I had a slight cough, but they gave me water and was patient enough to wait for me to be able to get the procedure done. For that, I HIGHLY recommend them and give them ten stars.

There was a short, reasonable wait time. There are lockable changing rooms if you need to change into a gown and store personal items. Staff warned me that it was cold in the imaging room and offered me a blanket. They have the wedge cushion available to place your legs on to help relieve lower back discomfort. They place a headset over your ears in an attempt to lessen all the noise. My imaging was conducted in a closed MRI machine, and they provided me with a bulb to press for assistance during imaging.
