The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. When I went in there, I had a slight cough, but they gave me water and was patient enough to wait for me to be able to get the procedure done. For that, I HIGHLY recommend them and give them ten stars.

There was a short, reasonable wait time. There are lockable changing rooms if you need to change into a gown and store personal items. Staff warned me that it was cold in the imaging room and offered me a blanket. They have the wedge cushion available to place your legs on to help relieve lower back discomfort. They place a headset over your ears in an attempt to lessen all the noise. My imaging was conducted in a closed MRI machine, and they provided me with a bulb to press for assistance during imaging.

From first call talking to Kirstie that answered all of my questions in detail to day of MRI where she was by my side, everyone was super kind and caring. I had never taken an MRI so was concerned about it....they had trouble finding a vein....maybe my nerves made them disappear....but when they did I felt nothing....I think the male nurse was so kind to be even extra gentle with me and not hurt me in any way...just sooo sweet !!!! I had to fill out more paperwork when I got there, even after doing the online checkin paperwork so come 30 minutes earlier.
