Store manager is rude! Literally needs to go through some training. She was trying to tell me they couldn’t process a gift card for online orders when I literally had it done a week prior. She kept insisting that it was not their policy. I kept asking “then how come it was a week ago?” I eventually found another manager “Brooke” who did it for me last week. She had no problems at all! Easy breezy done in minutes. Maybe Brooke should train the Store Manager on how to do things. Also want to add that when I came in, I made eye contact with the store manager asking her about something and she kept walking away. Urrrggg. Very rude. They are always so nice and polite to me and my sister. Every worker is so patient with our quiestons and takes their time making sure we are satisfied. Never had a bad time here 10/10 love everyone there.

I had such a wonderful experience with Joie at Sephora! I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed, trying to find clean makeup that would work with my rosacea, which is not always easy to cover. Joie was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable—she took her time listening to my concerns and matched me with products that not only worked for my skin tone but were gentle and clean. She made me feel seen and cared for, which made such a difference. I left feeling confident and supported. Thank you, Joie!
