Love this Ulta! In driving distance and it has everything beauty wise, even blow dryers. Got a nice blow dryer brush and restocked my makeup. Loved the customer service, the ladies were all sweet and very helpful. Store was immaculate and smelled heavenly. Reminds me of stepping into a luxury Macy's beauty section.
When I entered the store, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome right away. Although I initially couldn’t find what I was looking for, a staff member approached me and offered assistance. They were both friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even better. I would definitely return in the future.
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! You can walk in and just see how much they love their jobs. I’m always greeted with a smile and promptly helped. They’ve also always been so kinda to both my children. I will always make the drive to the Montgomery location for the spectacular customer experience and the way they go out of their way for their clients.
