Excellent experience. Was a little worried at first because this was an insurance claim thru a third party. Jacquetta took care of everything that was needed on Recon Builders part of the claim. Good communication throughout the process. Floor installers were very good to deal with.

Recon Builders did a fantastic job replacing the damaged tile in my foyer with beautiful new ceramic tile. Pat Ovesen, the tile contractor, was one of the kindest and most genuine pros I’ve worked with … he and his team’s work was top-notch! I also had wall repair and painting done, which turned out beautifully. Jacquetta at Recon coordinated everything so smoothly and was a pleasure to work with. Had to do insurance claim on storm damage. Jaquetta was extremely helpful in walking me through process of working with insurance claims. Recon acted on good faith to replace my roof quickly in order to avoid further damage. Other repair work was done expeditiously and professionally. Would definitely call Recon again. Additional kudos to Jaquetta (sp?) and Recon team.
