“Great place! Great staff! And great environment! I have a 4 year old and the staff is so patient with him, especially when he has the jitters. The class sizes differ each session. Sometimes there are 3 kids, sometimes it’s upward of 8/9 kids. Classes go more smoothly when there are less because the staff tries to squeeze the entire lesson plan into 30 minutes. Other than that, it’s a great program.“

“Mr. Johnson is amazing! My kiddo (4) is loving his class and learning so much! He does a great job being stern but fun with the whole class. Every week has something slightly different happening so my child knows the drill but doesn't get bored. Prices are very affordable and Mr. Johnson was awesome giving us 2 free classes at the start to make sure our kiddo really enjoyed the sport and fit in.“

“I wanted to join a gym with a team work mentality and I found the perfect place. I had Zero and I mean ZERO experience in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When I arrived for my first day I was nervous and intimidated because I was new and did not know anyone. Everyone in the class made me feel as if they knew me for years. Jeff is the instructor and he made me very excited to continue to learn and be apart of that lifestyle. Jeff offers one on one instruction with everyone in the class and made sure you were comfortable before adding additional combinations. The class goes at your own pace. Most importantly, everyone in the class is more than happy to assist you if you need extra work or want extra reps. There's individuals in class that have been fighting for years and will always stop their own reps to help you with yours. I would recommend this gym to anyone.“
