I wanted to join a gym with a team work mentality and I found the perfect place. I had Zero and I mean ZERO experience in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When I arrived for my first day I was nervous and intimidated because I was new and did not know anyone. Everyone in the class made me feel as if they knew me for years. Jeff is the instructor and he made me very excited to continue to learn and be apart of that lifestyle. Started going to try with a friend about 3yrs ago and absolutely loved it. I was a little hesitant because I was over weight, but once I started the weight began falling off and I gained confidence in myself again. So thankful for all the people there. Give it a try you won't regret it

Awesome BJJ gym. All the guys and gals are really friendly and Coach Jeff knows what he's doing and is super approachable. If you're looking for a place to train check this place out.
