I love this place. It's very clean and i feel safe with all the cameras. The staff is so very nice and super courteous that I would like to work here. Even the people who wash here are nice too. I tell everyone to come here and wash. Bonus if you don't feel like washing you pay them and they wash your clothes for you. Now you can't get better than that. So come to Jim Massey's McGehee Road Laundromat to clean your clothes. See you there! 👍 😉 😀

The lady at that works there short with grey hair is EXTREMELY rude with a nasty tone . I’ve been there 2 days in a row because I accidentally left my clothes in the dryer overnight , once I noticed I pulled back up around 8:04 hoping they were they but they were just locking up . So I came back around 7:00 the next morning when they open to pick them up . They already had it packed in a bag , I got them and left . 2 days after my baby had gotten out the tub I notice 2 sets of his pajamas were missing . I went up to the place and the manager stated she wouldn’t be able to check the cameras because she was busy , so I came back around 1 and she was gone and still hadn’t checked the cameras . So I came back June 21 7:20 am and the lady Deborah was so rude and telling me it’s my fault and they aren’t responsible so I told her they because responsible when they took them out the dryer . She still stated it’s my fault because I left them , I said I accidentally left them I have 2 kids I be ripping and running and she said well that has nothing to do with us .

Please make sure when you drop your laundry off( wash/dry/fold) that it is properly weighed! If it’s inside a basket they are Not to place basket inside of weight basket! All your laundry is supposed to be poured into their basket to be weighed! I was overcharged ( clothes was weighed inside My basket( by Manager Felicia).When I called to correct this she shouted in the background that the weight was different and she will change ticket upon pickup. Well She didn’t and I had to pay.Upon pickup the attendant could not change price, She was very Sweet about it, she also weighed them again for me, which was again lower than the original weight… I also weighed them upon pickup. I talked to Ashley the phone about this, She didn’t offer to reimburse my funds( a few dollars, but they are my dollars that I work for)I use to work for Jim Massey’s…too much work for $10.50.plus the co-workers (Felicia and Debra ) don’t have good customer skills in serving others,or helping others. My washer/ dryer is back working now! But if I ever need to do wash/dry and fold again, I will be visiting Xpress laundry mat. They have brand new washers/dryers and their laundry mat is very clean and orderly… From my understanding, the pay is better also( for employees)Just make sure your clothes are weighed properly whenever you are using Jim Massey’s drop off service!

Your bus driver for you. Well folks I found out all laundromats are not the same this laundromat and cleaners is fantastic not only can you wash your clothes get them dry clean has a drive-thru and it is big clean and I have never seen a place that has such huge dryers we're talking about driving that whole 75 lb of clothes that's a lot of clothes that's a big dryer and they have big oversized washing machines there so they will get the job done I give them five stars the staff is kind and very helpful just the kind of place you want to go to if you want to get your clothes from what a great place to check it out. I have visited and used many laundromats over my 54 yrs of life, but Jim Massey laundromats and Dry cleaners is superior to any other laundromat. I love the fact there surveillance 24-7, always clean inside and outside, Attendant is beautiful and friendly, always greet you when you’re there.

Harassed by two females and a male. Their employees encouraged the harassment. Low vibration people are out to harm innocent people like me. The police should know this and these employees should be fired. Customer safety should be more important.

I’m a trucker, I hate doing laundry at the truck stop due to expensive low quality washers and dryers and hauls upstairs usually. Anyway, I’m glad I came here. They have some huge washers and even though the parking lot was full there was plenty of washers and dryers to go still. Nice big vacant parking lot behind the place, good for bobtails.
