I’ve never had any problems with my eye doctor’s office. My experience may be different from others, but my daughters, my husband, and I have all gone there for years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming every visit. We truly appreciate the care they provide to our family.

I recently made an appointment with Dr. Ware at ITC. She and the entire staff were amazing. Minimal wait time, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I've worn glasses for the past 6 years and this eye glass prescription is hands down the best I've worn. My vision is much better. I've suffered with dry eyes for YEARS. She prescribed a medication that works beautifully. I'm very thankful a friend referred me to Dr. Ware.

The wait times are too long at this facility. The other issue is that some staff are very rude, especially the lady who handles appointments. She acts as though customers are bothering her by calling to make or reschedule an appointment. The care received is okay but far from exceptional.
